DISCUSS | We will discuss options for staging and what rooms would be best to present.
QUOTE | We will email you with a written quote with full price and suggested dates available.
PLAN | We will plan the installation and pick and pack appropriate furniture, linen, and accessories to enhance the home.
INSTALLATION | We will install furniture pieces, keeping in mind visual impact, balance, and flow.
COMPLETE | It takes us around 4 hours to complete a home staging installation, and once completed we hand over to agent to take photographs and market your property.
PACK | Once the property is sold, we will come in and pack up, ready for the new owners to take over.
MEET | We will meet with you and/or your agent to view your property.
RECOMMENDATIONS | If needed, we will offer decluttering or decorating advice.
ACCEPT | When the quote is accepted and deposit paid, we will book in the installation date and send through the appropriate paperwork including tax invoice and staging contract.
DELIVER | We will deliver all items the morning of installation day. To keep our furniture in top condition this is done by our team in our own delivery vehicles.
STYLE | We will style the home with top quality accessories and linen. Bedding and linen is steamed on-site to ensure it is presented to a high standard.
SELL | We offer a 5 week staging contract, which can be extended on a week-by-week basis if need be. We will touch base in the last week of contract to see how the sale is progressing and once sold will schedule in a pack up date.
