We will dress & style:

-Three Bedrooms
-Bathroom
For a period of up to 6 weeks (which, if needed, can be extended on a week-by-week basis). Additional bedrooms, living areas, hall, entrance, and outdoor areas will be priced accordingly. Pricing will also be determined by location & accessibility.
Option A: Total Home Staging
We will provide all quality furniture, linen and accessories to enhance the home and appeal to the target market (including artwork, mirrors, bed linen, rugs, cushions, lamps, vases, etc), delivery and installation, insurance, styling of rooms, and removal once the property is sold.
Option B: Partial Home Staging
The property has been vacated but there is limited furnishings still in place. We will provide quality pieces and accessories to enhance the existing decor, and style the home to appeal to the target market, delivery and installation, insurance and removal once the property is sold.
